Our Wedding

Taylor and Alyssa’s story began in Stephenville while Alyssa was attending Tarleton State University. What started as a simple connection quickly grew into something special, and by September of 2024 they officially began dating. From the very beginning, their relationship was filled with laughter, support, and a shared excitement for what the future might hold.As their relationship grew stronger, so did their plans for building a life together. In December of 2024, Alyssa made the decision to move to Cleburne to live with Taylor. She also transferred schools so she could continue pursuing her education while they built their life together. During this time, Taylor has been working as a sales representative at Fun Town RV, and together they began creating a home filled with love and support.Their days are often spent enjoying the little moments together, especially with their two aussies - Cinch and Nayvee - who bring so much joy to their lives and are an important part of their little family.On August 6, 2025, their relationship reached a milestone they will always remember. The night before, Taylor asked Alyssa’s parents for their blessing. The next morning, in a moment that was perfectly simple and completely them, Taylor handed Alyssa the ring and asked her to marry him. It was a special and meaningful moment that marked the start of their next chapter together.Now, they are excitedly looking forward to celebrating their marriage on May 8, 2027. Surrounded by family, friends, and the people who mean the most to them, Taylor and Alyssa can’t wait to begin the rest of their lives together.

Our ceremony will be officiated by someone very special to us-Marty Latta, Taylor’s stepdad. Marty has been part of Taylor’s life for a few years now, offering plenty of support, wisdom, and the occasional well-timed dad joke.

When we were thinking about who should officiate our wedding, we wanted someone who knows us well, cares about us deeply, and could keep the ceremony both meaningful and entertaining. Marty checked all the boxes (and we trust him with the microphone… mostly).

We’re excited for him to help us officially tie the knot and kick off the celebration in his own memorable way.

Our flower girl is someone incredibly special our sweet niece, Caroline June! She’s the beautiful daughter of Travis and Kaylee and made her arrival on July 20, 2026, instantly bringing so much love and joy to our family.From the moment we met her, Caroline completely stole our hearts. It’s safe to say she already has Aunt Lyssa and Uncle Taylor wrapped around her tiny little finger, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Every little yawn, smile, and cuddle reminds us just how lucky we are to love her.There was never any question that Caroline would be part of our wedding. Watching our family grow has made this season of life even more meaningful, and having our sweet niece by our side on our wedding day is something we’ll cherish forever.We can’t wait to watch her make her way down the aisle as our flower girl, filling the day with smiles, laughter, and plenty of “aww” moments. We have a feeling she’ll steal the spotlight long before we say “I do,” and honestly, we’d expect nothing less.Caroline is already one of the greatest blessings in our lives, and we’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with her by our side. We can’t wait to look back on our wedding photos years from now and remember the sweetest little flower girl who helped make our day complete. 🌸🤍
